What is a Booster Card + Pin with Coupons?
It is laminated discount card with 4 single-use detachable coupons built directly into the card. Each card is printed in full-color on both sides. Typically the front side is printed with your team fundraising message, while the back side features retail discount coupons.

Why do we use detachable coupons?
Most discount cards feature many year-long discounts in small print on the back side of the card in 1 color. Every TeamBoosters card features the merchant logo in full-color. With individual coupon space, ever advertiser can now feature their location, offer and expiration date independent of the other offers.

Are more offers that last for a full year better?
Ask your advertisers if they would rather honor a GREAT offer once, or honor the same offer over and over for a full year. Your advertisers are in business to make money and earn new customers. They are not in business to give away a free soft drink every time your donor visits their store.

Do the advertisers pay for the ad space?
That’s up to your group. We suggest giving away the ad space free so you can get the merchant to make a better discount card offer. Better offers mean better perceived value for your team discount card.

Who gets the advertisers?
It is recommended that you do. We don’t know your market like you do. Most booster clubs can utilize their personal relationships to get quality offers within 2-3 days. We provide you with an easy to use advertiser sign-up sheet to help solicit local area businesses.

Why do we include custom team pins with every card?
Our collector-quality custom pins are a great way for you to say “Thank you” for each donation made. Your boosters will want to collect them. You will also find that families will want more than one pin which means multiple card sales per family. Try that with a standard discount card.

How often can I run this fundraiser?
We’re glad you asked. Traditional discount cards that have an annual expiration date can only be run once per year. You will find that our Booster Card + Pin with Coupons can be run several times per year because of the individual expiration dates on coupons. If you design pins for each season, your can run a TeamBoosters Pin Raiser several times per year.
